Castles is a family firm, and director Penny Pate (wife of founder Duncan) established our lettings business. Because we carry out our services completely in-house (unlike other local agents), we keep a close eye on every property for your peace of mind.
Fully Managed Service
Our most popular option. We take care of the property management and financial matters, leaving you time to concentrate on your next investment. Maintenance is assured by our trusted network of excellent local tradespeople.
Rent Collection Service
For landlords happy to handle maintenance issues but who prefer to have a third party dealing with financial matters.
We are members of Propertymark (ARLA Association of Residential Letting Agents) Client Money Protection Scheme and TPOS (The Property Ombudsman) and are bound by their code of practice.
