Buying with Castles
Start choosing colours …
We’ve got the experience to make sure everything runs smoothly
At Castles we’ve been handing happy buyers the keys to their new home for more than two decades, so we know what will really help you (and how to avoid what’s annoying.)
All you need to know
We start by making your search as easy as possible. So our property particulars have clear, simple-to-follow floorplans, lots of photos and a Google Street View to give you a feel for each property. Our team will be ready to answer your questions about local schools, the garden … whatever you need to know. You’ll be able to speak to someone who has not only seen the property, but who also lives in the area.
Lines of communication
Castles is open 7 days a week and until 6.30pm Monday to Thursday to make viewing property convenient for you. Out of hours, you can drop us an email and you’ll get a prompt reply as soon as we’re back.
Clients have told us how annoying it is not to be able to get straight answers out of some estate agents, particularly when moving towards completion. Our pledge is to make sure we’re here with honest information throughout your purchase, pushing everything forward.
We can assist through the legal process but suggest putting you in touch with our recommended solicitors who, like us, aim to make the process as straightforward as possible. We also have our equally friendly mortgage advisor on standby should you need help unlocking the best mortgage deal.
Don’t worry about filling out lots of complex forms, simply tell us what you need and how to get in touch and we’ll get in touch to discuss your requirements in more detail.
Amazing service The team at castles in Aldershot were outstanding in every way during the whole process of selling our house. What was so special about all the staff I dealt with there was that it was so friendly and personal ,without losing any professionalism. Darryl, Duncan and Sophie gave good friendly advice, sometimes on a daily basis, to which I am so thankful. I would definitely reco...- Kirsty
