But the most revolutionary step forward is the integration between Castles, JCP and Dezrez which enables the customer to monitor the progress of their house sale or purchase via the Castles website with progress being displayed within the login area. The conveyancing team complete key milestones within the transaction process which are added to the customer card in real time enabling clients and agents to keep completely up to date with each transaction.
